Is it possible to cancel or modify a reservation?

Yes, it is possible to change the dates. Our cancellation policy stipulates that by canceling your reservation up to 5 days before, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. However, if you cancel your reservation in the 5 days prior to the date, a refund will not be made, but you can choose other dates to come and visit us.

What does it mean that the entrance to the apartments is automated?

Thanks to the technology applied in our apartments, we can open the door using a code that will be generated with the reservation in one of the mural readers located next to the door. On the other hand, we can also do it using the mobile with bluetooth by downloading an application that will be indicated in the reservation.

What are the Cerdanya Mountain Residences apartments like?

Our apartments are located in Bellver de Cerdanya, in a luxury estate that enjoys a privileged location. The farm, a restored farmhouse, is divided into a group of different and duly separated rooms, two of which are attics.

All the Cerdanya Mountain Residences apartments have been designed by renowned architects and interior designers, with the aim of achieving luxury accommodation. The result is apartments that enjoy the services of a hotel, but offer guests the comfort of a design house.

Our apartments have all the equipment you may need, as well as a fireplace and other amenities that will make your stay a calm, relaxed and hard to forget experience. The comfort of all the rooms in the apartments is incredible, since the well-being of our guests is essential.

Our luxury apartments are located in the heart of Bellver de Cerdanya, a municipality located 15 minutes from Puigcerdà and 30 minutes from Andorra. They also enjoy a privileged location in terms of their proximity to the La Molina and La Masella ski slopes, just 15 minutes away.

Can I come to Cerdanya Mountain Residences with my pet?

Yes, you can come with your pet, but you must request this additional service At the time of your reservation, it includes the feeder, drinker and a dog bed. Cerdanya Mountain Residences apartments accept dogs as long as their owners agree to respect the integrity of the facilities. Any damage caused will be borne by the customer.

What does the Km 0 Basket include and when should it be ordered?

The Km 0 Basket is an additional service of our accommodation and is an ideal option to try some local products or enjoy a simple and delicious dinner.

The basket includes local sausages (ham, black pudding sausage and sausage or "fuet"), two types of cheese, ½ kilo bread, tuna, olive oil, tomato, salt, olives and a bottle of red wine. This service must be contracted at the time of booking or 24 hours in advance, and is offered for a minimum of 2 people.
